SourceCamping here happens on open sandy ground along the Squamish River, with one rustic outhouse and no picnic tables. It is bare-bones river camping, and fishing is what most people turn up for.
The road in wants four-wheel drive, and camping is first come, first served. The Squamish River valley floods in heavy rain and road washouts come with that, so check conditions before you commit and be ready to turn around.
Whistler Village is about 31 km away with a Co-op about 28 km out, which is a long way to go for anything forgotten, so shop first. Grizzly Lake is roughly 10 km off, the Molson Memorial day site a similar distance, and the Lower Brandywine Meadows trailhead about 15 km.
