About this site
SourceClimbers call this one Chek. There are about 100 routes in the canyon, from beginner grades to expert, and the camping exists to serve them: 32 sites spread across both parking lots, first come, first served.
The access road is steep and all wheel drive is recommended. Nothing is collected at the site, so everything you carry in goes back out with you, garbage included.
Squamish is 23.3 km away for supplies, with the nearest fuel closer at 16.7 km. Starvation Lake is 1.1 km off, Anderson Beach 8.4 km, the Brohm Lake day use area 9.9 km and its interpretive forest trails 10.8 km. The High Falls Creek trailhead is 10.6 km, and Squamish's 293 mountain bike trails are 23.1 km out.
