About this site
SourceBig leaf maples, cottonwoods and cedars shade a wide open flat here, with plenty of room to pitch a tent or park a vehicle. The High Falls Creek trailhead is about 0.7 km away, which is the main reason to be here.
The site is rustic with no amenities, first come, first served, on a four-wheel-drive road, and no site count is on record. The Squamish River floods this ground in heavy rain, so pick your spot with that in mind, and pack out everything you bring in.
Squamish is about 29 km away and the nearest fuel about 24 km, so both errands belong on the drive up. Anderson Beach is about 7 km off, and Squamish's 293 mountain bike trails about 29 km.
