About this site
SourceLoveland Bay Provincial Park is a small, rustic camp on Campbell Lake near Campbell River, and quiet is its main amenity. The boat launch puts waterskiers, canoeists and anglers straight onto the lake, and the days go by without much of a schedule.
About 53 sites are listed, some reservable and some first come, first served, on paved access. It also works as a base for day trips to Campbell River, Gold River, Sayward and the islands of Quadra and Cortes, with Trout Creek Falls about 5 km away.
Fuel and supplies are about 12 km back toward Campbell River, whose 277-trail riding network is the same distance.
