SourceFir Grove offers a choice of two camps with different characters: one down at the water, the other up among the firs above it, in the Campbell River area.
Both are first come, first served, and the road in wants four-wheel drive. Swimming, fishing and a boat launch come with the lake, and the site is small and private.
Duncan Bay is about 17 km away and a Shell about 16 km. The Trout Creek Falls trail on Mohun Creek is roughly 9 km off, Gosling Lake about 3 km, and Campbell River's 277 mountain bike trails about 17 km.
