SourceLevel open ground with most of the sites strung along the shoreline, Crooked Lake North has room for a big group and a hiking trail into the alpine leaving from beside camp. That trail is what sets it apart from the other lake sites out this way.
Five sites, first come, first served, with gravel access. Fishing and hiking are the two reasons to stay.
Hendrix Lake is about 21 km away and the nearest fuel about 47 km, so arrive with a full tank and enough food that a supply run never comes up.
