SourceElbow Lake runs in benches down toward the shore, with the Cariboo Mountains filling the view to the east. The middle bench is the open one, and the sites further back sit in trees, so you can trade the view for shade.
Camping is first come, first served across 7 sites, on gravel. There is no formal ramp, so this is a hand-launch spot for small boats. The water is about 1.3 km from the site.
Hendrix Lake is about 16 km away, but fuel is a serious errand at roughly 40 km, so pull in with a tank you are happy with.
