SourceBeaver Lake sits in the narrow valley of Fitzstubbs Creek near Nakusp, with the 2300 m peaks of the Nakusp Range standing over it. The lake is about 0.3 km from camp.
The 7 sites are level and set under trees, so tents, campers and trailers all work. It is first come, first served, on gravel access, with a boat launch and fishing on the lake.
Hills is about 9 km away for anything you forgot, and Valhalla Hills Nordic is roughly 8 km off.
