SourceLily Lake sits about 0.4 km from a small semi-open recreation site near Merritt, and the lake is the whole point. Anglers and canoeists get a quiet piece of water with a boat launch to put in from.
The 3 sites are first come, first served on gravel road access. Smaller trailers, truck campers and tents fit best, and the last stretch in rewards a bit of ground clearance.
Coldwater 1 is about 6 km away, but the nearest fuel is roughly 14 km off, so handle gas before the drive in. Two riding areas are in range: the Coutlee Mountain Bike Trail Area about 11 km out and Iron Mountain about 15 km.
