About this site
SourceShea Lake sits in semi-open forest at the north end of its lake in the Merritt area, split into two small camping areas a short way apart. The water is about 0.3 km from the sites, there is a boat launch, and fishing is the main event.
There are 10 spots, first come, first served, on gravel access, and they are generous enough to take medium-sized motorhomes. This is a cash only site, so bring bills with you.
Aspen Grove is about 8 km away, but the nearest fuel is roughly 24 km out, so top up before you turn off. The Harmon Lake interpretive trails are about 8 km from camp, the Kane Valley ski parking area about 13 km, and the Brookmere parking lot roughly the same.
