SourceBoss Lake puts the water 0.1 km from camp, in the Voght Valley near Merritt, with a boat launch at the north end and fishing as the main event. The site is semi-open and takes RVs of any size alongside tents.
There are 43 sites, first come, first served, $15 a night, cash only, on gravel.
Do the shopping before you turn off. Aspen Grove is 10.1 km away and the nearest fuel is 26.1 km, far enough that it is not a mid-trip errand. The Brookmere parking lot is 10.9 km, the Harmon Lake interpretive trail area 11.1 km and the Coldwater River 12.3 km.
