About this site
SourceDamer Lake is a small fishing lake close to Oyama, with a cartop boat launch and water about 0.2 km from the camping area. It doubles as a water supply lake, so the level rises and falls; do not count on the shoreline looking the way it did last time.
Camping is user maintained and first come, first served, with gravel access. Day use anglers show up too, so you may be sharing the launch.
Oyama is about 8 km away and a Centex covers fuel at about 9 km. Vernon and its 209 mountain bike trails are about 14 km off.
