About this site
SourceBear Lake is a small fishing lake close to Coldstream with two campsites beside it. Logging has taken out much of the timber around the site, so it is open ground now, and the boardwalk down to the water is in rough shape.
Camping is first come, first served, and the road in calls for a 4x4. There is a launch if your boat is light enough to bother with.
Coldstream and a Centex are both about 9 km away, which makes this one of the easier rec sites to resupply from. Vernon and its 209 mountain bike trails are about 15 km out.
