About this site
SourceThe honest note about Haddo Lake is the water: levels swing a long way, so the shoreline you find may not match the one in the photos. It is a medium sized fishing lake in the Winfield area, and fishing is the reason to come.
Eight sites, first come, first served. Access is rough from both entrances, so it is a slow drive in whichever way you approach, and the site is kept up by the people who camp there.
Lavington, about 15 km off, is the nearest town, and a Canco there handles fuel. Specs Lakes are about 2 km away, and Vernon, with 209 trails, is about 23 km out.
