SourceAnglers know why this one exists. Aspen sits on the Morice River near Houston, where salmon and steelhead run, and the camping is really just a base for the fishing. Hunters use it too.
Nine sites, first come, first served, on gravel access, and nothing fancy beyond that.
Houston is about 18 km away and the Co-op cardlock about 17 km, so fill up as you pass through and buy groceries at the same time. Houston's 21 mountain bike trails are about 18 km out, and Klinger Lake about 14 km.
