SourceEnso puts 6 rustic camping spots near the junction of the Wedeene River and Raley Creek, in the Kitimat area. It is user-maintained and plain, which is rather the point: a place to sleep beside moving water without much else going on.
Access is gravel and the sites are first come, first served. There is a spot to put a boat in.
Kitimat is about 14 km away with a Shell at about the same distance, so groceries and fuel are a short run. The Hirsch Creek trail is about 14 km off, the Clague Mtn cabin about 12 km, and West Lake about 15 km.
