SourceRossmoore Lake is small water that fly fishers and trollers both work, reached on a four-wheel drive road near Kamloops.
Four parties camp here, first come, first served, and there is a boat launch. Stays are capped at 14 consecutive days under the recreation regulations, so this is not a place to settle in for a season.
Trapp Lake is about 13 km away and the nearest fuel about 21 km, so get gas before you start up the road. Stake Lake and its dog run trail are about 8 km off, and Kamloops, about 24 km away, has 272 mountain bike trails.
