About this site
SourceLower Kearsley is a constructed site on the shoreline of the Stave reservoir in the forest above Mission. Water levels move, so the shore swings between exposed foreshore and water right at the site's edge, and the views go with it.
The site was designed primarily for larger vehicles, with 72 first come, first served sites on gravel access. A boat launch and swimming make the reservoir usable, not just scenic.
Stave Falls is about 7 km away, though the nearest listed fuel is about 12 km, so top up before heading in. Sayres Lake sits about 3 km off if you want a change of water.
