About this site
SourceMineral Lake is a small open day use area near Moyie, and the water is the reason to stop: it is warm enough for swimming. Plan an afternoon rather than a night, because this one is set up for day use and not for overnight camping.
Access is gravel, and the lake is a short walk from the site.
Moyie is about 7 km away for supplies and fuel, which makes this an easy break in a longer drive. Cranbrook and its 149 mountain bike trails are about 19 km off.
