About this site
SourceA historic mill pond makes an odd and rather good little fishing spot, and Palmer Bar Lake is built around it: a small, partly treed site with the water right there.
Three sites, first come, first served, on gravel access, with fishing the listed activity and no facilities recorded.
Old Town is about 12 km away and a Fas Gas about the same, so supplies are a short errand rather than an expedition. The best reason to stay a second night is the riding: Cranbrook's 149 trails start about 13 km from camp.
