About this site
SourceWhere Taite Creek runs into Lower Arrow Lake there are five camping spots on the north side of the creek, right on the lakeshore. Fishing the big lake is the usual plan, and when the water drops a sand and cobblestone beach appears.
First come, first served, gravel access, with a boat launch and swimming off the same shore.
Edgewood is about 4 km away and the general store there handles fuel, which is unusually convenient for a rec site. Windy Lake is about 15 km off, and the 75 trails of the Arrow Slocan area start about 23 km away.
