SourceHatheume Lake South is a fishing camp first. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout and the launch is built for car-top boats, so a canoe or a small tinny is the right gear here. It sits in the West Kelowna area.
There are 12 sites, first come, first served, on gravel access. The site is user maintained, which means the standard is whatever the last group set, so leave it better than you found it.
Douglas Lake and its gas station are both about 23 km out, and that is your last chance at a pump, so fill up before you turn off. Pinnacle Lake is about 1 km away for a second option on the water.
