SourceA subalpine trail runs from this rec site up to Pinnacles Lake, and from there longer days out open up for hikers who know what they are doing on rough ground. The lake is 0.3 km from camp.
Five sites, user-maintained, first come, first served, reached on gravel. Fishing rounds it out.
Supplies mean a drive. The Elkhart gas station is about 22 km away and Douglas Lake about 24 km, so arrive fuelled and fed.
