About this site

Source

The Kimta Creek Trail starts here, at the bridge on the Parsnip West FSR. The site is small, one camping and day use area, and hiking is what it is set up for.

You get a picnic table, a fire ring and a pit toilet, on gravel road, first come, first served. It works as a night before an early start on the trail.

Mackenzie is about 45 km away and the nearest fuel about 43 km, far enough that a fuel stop is not optional on the way in. Christine Lake is about 8 km off.
