About this site

Source

Parrott Lake is a fishing lake in the Houston area with a boat launch, and it is also the site of a cultural camp established by the Likhtsamisyu Clan of the Wetsuweten First Nation.

Recreation Sites and Trails BC has been meeting with the Likhtsamisyu Hereditary Chiefs about how public recreation and the cultural camp share the ground, so check the current status before you plan a stay. The listing shows 7 first come, first served sites with gravel access.

Noralee is about 13 km away and the Co-op cardlock about 35 km, so fill the tank before you head out this way. Owen Hat is about 9 km off and Owen Lake about 17 km.
