About this site
SourceOn the north shore of Francois Lake, Noralee East puts a gravel beach, a boat launch and a short hiking trail within a few steps of the tents. The trail runs out to the end of the peninsula and up a small hill for a look back over the water.
Nine sites, first come, first served, with two outhouses and gravel access. Swimming happens off the beach.
Noralee is about 2 km away, but the nearest fuel, at the Takysie Lake Store and Resort, is about 37 km off, so roll in with a full tank and a stocked cooler. Gale Lake is about 8 km away and Owen Hat about 14 km if you want a day out.
