About this site
SourceRiding is the reason to camp at Browne Lake Recreation Site. It sits near Big White in the Okanagan with a mountain bike network close by, and the lake itself holds fish if you want a slower afternoon.
Sites are first come, first served, reached by forest service road, with pit toilets and trail access from camp. It is a rough-road, look-after-yourself sort of place.
Bike Big White and its 25 trails are about 7 km away and Two John Lake about 4.2 km. Everything else is a long way off: Myra Canyon is roughly 26 km and the nearest fuel, the Black Mountain Esso, about 30 km, so roll in fuelled and carrying what you need.
