About this site
SourceBeaver Lake Recreation Site is a plain fishing camp near Lake Country, in the Okanagan. The lake is the draw, and the launch means you can get a boat on the water rather than casting from shore.
Camping is first come, first served on gravel access, with fire pits and pit toilets and nothing more elaborate than that.
Lake Country is about 3.8 km away and a Race Trac about 3.1 km, so you can restock without much of a detour. McKinley Reservoir is roughly 7 km out, the Postill trailhead parking about 11 km, and Kelowna with its 303 mountain bike trails about 16 km.
