SourceYard Creek Campground is run by the Columbia-Shuswap Regional District inside Yard Creek Provincial Park, which takes in 60 hectares of forested upland and another 115 hectares of creek-bottom habitat. The forest is the reason to stay, rather than any one attraction.
Sites are first come, first served with gravel access and no amenities on record, so bring everything with you.
Malakwa, about 4.7 km away, is the closest place to pick up whatever you forgot. Cache Cabin is about 8 km out, Gorge Creek about 10 km and Blue Lake about 11 km, and the Larch Hills trails at Salmon Arm are a longer trip at about 30 km.
