About this site
SourceConkle Lake Provincial Park hides in the Okanagan Highland east of Osoyoos, ringed by hills of western larch and lodgepole pine, with the lake 400 m from camp. Seclusion is the feature: getting here takes intent, and the reward is quiet water noted for rainbow trout.
About 34 sites are listed, some reservable and some first come, first served. Swimming, hiking to viewpoints, biking and a boat launch fill out the days.
Provision before committing: Mount Baldy is about 10 km away and the nearest listed fuel is about 15 km, so arrive with everything aboard.
