About this site

Source

Dry Gulch Provincial Park is a shady, quiet pocket on the east side of the Rocky Mountain Trench, under the peaks of the Stanford Range about 5 km south of Radium Hot Springs. In a busy tourism valley, the appeal is that nothing much happens here after dark.

About 27 sites are listed, a mix of reservable and first come, first served, on paved access, with fire pits, pit toilets, potable water and biking from camp. The Upper Columbia Valley does the heavy lifting: golf, boating, windsurfing, hiking and the hot springs are all within a short drive.

Radium Hot Springs covers fuel and supplies about 5 km away, the Redstreak Creek trailhead is about 7 km, and the Columbia Valley riding network, 78 trails, starts about 9 km out.
