SourceStarvation Lake, also known as Sucker Lake, is a small forested camp in the Hazelton area. The name comes from a story about miners stranded here long enough for it to stick.
Getting in is the hard part: the access road is long, narrow, rough and brushy, and a poor bet for RVs and trailers. The 2 sites are first come, first served, and the site is user maintained. There is a boat launch and fishing on the lake.
Babine is the nearest town on record at about 22 km, so arrive stocked for the whole stay.
