About this site
SourceTents and small boats do well at Morin Lake, a forested site about 0.4 km from a calm lake with the Babine Mountains in view. Paddling and fishing are the main activities, and there is a day-use area if you are just stopping for the afternoon.
The 3 campsites are first come, first served with a small boat launch, reached on gravel. Access is tight for large units, so this suits tenters, vans and small trailers.
Old Fort is about 30 km away and the nearest fuel is a Chevron cardlock roughly 34 km out, so plan the round trip on one tank.
