About this site
SourceA small, part-open camp on the shore of Lower Little Slocan Lake, out in the Nelson area. The water is right below the sites, there is a boat launch, and fishing is what most people come for.
You get six sites here, first come, first served, reached on gravel. It is a compact spot rather than a sprawling campground, which suits a quiet couple of nights more than a big group.
Lebahdo is about 9 km away, and the Winlaw Mini-Mart, the closest fuel, is a similar distance, so food and gas are one stop on the way through. The Winlaw trailhead is also about 9 km out.
