About this site
SourceForsyth Creek is a staging area more than a destination. Trips into the Connor Lakes Trail and the Height-of-the-Rockies wilderness start from here, and there is a parking area and a corral for horse parties.
Camping is limited: one spot near the parking area, with room along the creek, first come, first served on gravel access. Hiking is the reason to stay the night.
Elkford is about 26 km out and the nearest pumps sit at roughly the same distance, so arrive with a full tank and your groceries already bought. Blue Lake is about 8 km away.
