About this site
SourceCaribou Creek is an open site on Kinbasket Lake in the Golden area, with a gravel boat launch at the water. The launch collects debris and really only works when the lake is high, so look at it before you plan a day out there.
Two defined sites, first come, first served, and the road in wants four-wheel drive.
This one is genuinely remote. Mica Creek is about 54 km away and the nearest fuel, a Petro-Canada, is roughly 83 km, so top up long before you turn off and bring what you need for the whole stay.
