About this site
SourceForest and a long view over Kinbasket Lake are what Esplanade Bay offers. It is a medium sized site in the Golden area, with a boat launch and swimming from the shoreline.
The 14 sites are first come, first served on gravel, and the site is user maintained, so come self sufficient and pack your garbage back out with you.
Supplies take planning. Blaeberry is about 45 km away and the nearest fuel about 58 km, so fill the tank and load the cooler before you head in. The Giant Cedars are about 4 km from camp, Aid Lake about 8 km, and the Blackwater Lakes about 14 km.
