About this site
SourceKenyon Lake is a sub-alpine lake in the Mission area, sized for canoes and small boats. There is a small island on it that suits an overnight camp if you can paddle your gear across.
The road to the lake no longer takes vehicles, so treat this as a walk-in and pack accordingly. The site is first come, first served, and it is maintained by the people who camp there.
Durieu is about 21 km away and the nearest fuel about 23 km, so the fuelling happens long before you park. Kunzelman Lake is about 8 km off.
