About this site
SourceBatnuni Lake West puts a treed camp down at water level on the west end of the lake, in the country near Quesnel. A boat launch is the main piece of infrastructure and the lake is the reason to come.
There are 4 sites, first come, first served, on gravel. High water can flood the lower section in spring; when it does, people camp just off the main road or move over to Batnuni Lake East, so it is worth having that second plan.
This is a long way from anything. Punchaw is about 57 km off and the nearest fuel, the Three Nations Store & Lodge, roughly 61 km, so this is a trip you provision for at the start. Chuniar Lake is about 7 km away.
