SourceFly Lake sits below Timothy Mountain near 100 Mile House and gets used for fishing and picnicking. Motors are prohibited on the water, electric ones included, so it is paddle power only.
There is one campsite, first come, first served, with gravel access and a place to launch a canoe.
Lac La Hache handles both errands: the town and the Race Trac pumps are each about 15 km away.
