About this site
SourceTrapping Creek is horse country in the Kelowna backcountry: old grassy two-track logging roads linked by cow paths and game trails, with loops between the camps running anywhere from 3 to 12 miles. The surface changes constantly, which is much of the appeal on horseback.
The road in is gravel, the site is user-maintained, and camping is first come, first served. No facilities are on record, so you are packing in everything.
Carmi is about 10 km away and Sun Valley, about 15 km out, is the nearest fuel. Arlington Lakes sit roughly 4.5 km off, and Bike Big White and its 25 trails are about 18 km away.
