SourceArlington Lakes gives you the southernmost lake in its chain, in the Westbridge area, with swimming off the shore and fishing from a boat or the bank. The setting does most of the work.
There are 29 sites, first come, first served, at $15 a night on gravel access. No recreation site in the Kootenay Boundary district runs a reservation system, so it is turn up and look.
Carmi is about 13 km away and the nearest fuel about 19 km, so bring what you need with you. The water is half a kilometre from camp, and Bike Big White, with 25 trails, is about 16 km off.
