SourceThe Kettle River is the reason for Sandy Bend, a small semi-treed campsite in the Westbridge area where the swimming and the fishing are both right at the water.
Camping is first come, first served, with gravel road access.
Edgewood is the nearest town at about 41 km, and the Edgewood General Store has the closest fuel at roughly the same distance, so make the trip in with the tank already full. Two John Lake is about 13 km away, and Bike Big White, with 25 trails, about 18 km.
