SourceHolmes Lake sits southeast of Keefer Lake in the Cherryville area. It is a fishing lake with a single campsite, and that is close to the whole story.
The one site is first come, first served, on gravel access, and it is user-maintained, so treat it as unserviced and bring everything with you.
Cherryville is about 26 km away and the emporium there is where the fuel is, roughly the same distance. That is far enough that you want the tank filled and the cooler packed before you leave town.
