About this site
SourceCharcoal Creek is an easy one: semi-open ground beside the creek in the Falkland area, with access that asks nothing of your vehicle beyond gravel. The creek fishing is good and the large grassy area works for a group camping together.
Four sites, first come, first served, and user-maintained. It suits families who want somewhere straightforward rather than remote.
Pritchard is about 14 km away and the Pritchard Station, roughly 13 km, covers fuel. Miller Lake is about 1 km from camp, Pillar Lake about 6 km, and the Shuswap network with its 173 mountain bike trails about 28 km off.
