SourceSmall, open and easy to reach, Joyce Lake near Falkland is the kind of site you can pull into late in the day without a fight. The lake is about 0.2 km off, fishing is the main activity, and there is a launch.
The 15 sites cost $18 a night, first come, first served, on gravel.
Falkland is about 8.3 km away with a Petro-Canada at roughly 8.5 km, so a supply run costs a few minutes each way. Pillar Lake is about 2.9 km from camp, and the Shuswap network, 173 trails, is about 28 km out for a riding day.
