SourceNicklen Lake has a site at each end, and this is the west one: same medium sized fishing lake, same car top launch, a different shoreline to wake up on. Water levels here move around a lot, worth knowing before you count on launching.
Six spots, no bookings, first come, first served, with easy gravel access and nobody on site to look after it, so leave it as you would want to find it.
Lavington is about 13 km off and a Shell sits at the same distance for gas. Curtis Lake is about 2 km away, and with a bike along, Vernon's 209 trails start roughly 24 km from camp.
