SourcePart of the Vernon Interpretive Forest, Becker Lake holds two small camping areas along its north shore, about 0.3 km from the water. The launch is sized for cartop boats, so canoes and small aluminum are the right tools.
There are 7 sites, first come, first served, and the road in wants four wheel drive. It is user-maintained, so leave the pad clean for the next party.
Lavington and the nearest fuel are both about 4 km away, close enough that going back for ice is not a real problem. Vernon, about 8 km off, has 209 mountain bike trails.
