SourceSouth Barriere Lake Recreation Site is a small camp right beside the lake in the Barriere area, and fishing is what fills the days.
The camp holds 2 sites, first come, first served, with gravel access and a boat launch. Sites cannot be reserved or held, and camping is capped at 14 consecutive days per visit under the Forest Recreation Regulations.
The closest gas is an Esso about 23 km away, so fill up before you turn down the lake road.
