SourceA beach, a boat launch and fishing make up North Barriere Lake, in the Barriere area. The fishing needs a licence, and the regulations are worth reading before you cast.
There are 25 sites, first come, first served at $15 a night, on gravel access, with swimming off the beach.
Supplies are a way off. North Thompson 1 is about 23 km away and the nearest fuel, the Vavenby General Store, about 28 km, so this is a stock up first trip.
